  • A minimum of four years’ experience in database management or box office/ticketing, preferably Tessitura.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee the management of CRM/database operations, including database maintenance, user policies and training, and the development and reports, lists and extraction sets for database users across the business
  • Knowledge of SQL programming desirable

Job Details:

This role will see you support the Sales and Marketing teams by taking responsibility for managing the CRM database including report development using SQL programing, data analysis, system upgrades and the business systems that integrate with database. As the Database Marketing Manager you will: Support the business with CRM strategy and implementation Manage and maintain the database on an ongoing basis offering consultation and feedback on way to improve use of the database Support a broad range of stakeholders to optimise the database to ensure best practice Provide staff training, data and reporting
