Requirements include – • Experience in cooking Asian cuisine is essential • Experience working in a similar establishment • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards • Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP • Professional, articulate and personable communication skills. • Must be a self starter and a great motivator • The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment • The ability to take direction and work in a team • Ambitious, reliable, flexible and fun • Can you fit into a culture of constant and never-ending improvement? ⠀ • Are you ready to work in a busy, friendly and nurturing environment?
