Qualifications:
• 3 years + SaaS collaboration experience preferred from (West, Arkadin, Zoom, Pexip, Logmein etc) who are looking for a change and are top performer
• Proven track record/ history of successful sales and KPIs meet
• Proven track history of on boarding clients
• UCaaS experience advantageous
• Extensive network of IT Manager / CIO contacts in Australia
• 90-95% BDM work – hunting net new logos in Australia
• High activity – lots of cold calling to gain net new business meetings
• 10 x net new business meetings per week
• 5 % Account Management small base approx. 20 customers – maintain, grow revenue, introduce new services
• Monthly new business target USD$2500 per month from net new logos
• Chairman’s Club top performers each year ( last year I was in Mexico), plus various incentives local and global throughout the year
• Someone who is looking to advance their career
• Team player and can also work independently
• A strategic thinker
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ideally this person will have a network of clients they could reach out too.
