Currently seeking experienced Butcher with Portion Cutting experience in the Hospitality or Catering Industry.
Working hours: 3am to 1pm Monday to Friday and 3am to 9am on Saturday.
he Role: Mastercut Meats are a meat and meat products supplier located in Condell Park, with a strong history, operating for over 30 years. We currently have a vacancy for a Full Time – Butcher, with portion cutting experience, to join our team.
Key Duties: • Stock rotation; • Cutting, trimming and slicing wholesale meat portions for Catering and Hospitality Businesses.

About You: • The successful candidate will be a physically strong and qualified butcher with the ability to lift and move items up to 25 kilograms in weight. • Previous experience in the meat industry, particularly in portion cutting is essential. • Must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Hours of Work: Standard working hours of 3:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 3:00am to 9:00am on Saturdays.
