The Opportunity Across the business, we have a growth strategy – we are targeting new markets, new channels and new opportunities and with this change, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support Goodman Fielder IT during large technical implementations and to drive the change management activities. This role will support the successful execution of training and change, ensuring the adoption of both system and process change across the organisation. Reporting to the CIO, you will own the training and change process, and conduct impact analyses of change on the people at GF. The role will assist with transitioning people and processes during the change, ensuring business' readiness, conduct training needs analysis and deliver the training. You will also create training materials that are in line with GF standards and support the continuous improvement activities across multiple projects.
Strategic Deliverables: Partner with Program Managers to deliver the planning, analysis, development of Change Management and Communication Maintain and update change management documents, and change communication planning Lead the development and execution of communication strategies, events, tools and resources Define change impact profiles and stakeholder engagement plans and lead the execution of effective change plans Work with stakeholders to drive adoption and embedding of change outcomes within the business ensuring effective transition of change Developing and delivering organisation training programs for the successful adoption of business systems and processes Manage end-user awareness and training as part of the development and management of technology standards and policies Establish objectives and develop the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities, modifying training as necessary to ensure they meet educational goals About You
To add value in this role, you will have experience with technical change management initiatives, process change management and enterprise-wide program communication Experienced in facilitating change at different hierarchical layers Experience defining, executing, and measuring effective training programs Solid stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Have a proven track record of delivering training and coaching Excellent planning and organising skills with project management capability Strong verbal and written communication skills Display professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality Self-starter who uses own initiative, organised and methodical in work approach Why Goodman Fielder?
