Job Summary: Our client, a longstanding Tier 2 Commercial Builder is seeking either an experienced Contract Administrator or Contract Manager to work on exciting, non-typical, and interesting projects. Project values range typically between $30 million and $100 million (with some even larger). An organisation at the forefront of the Melbourne building scene with a longstanding reputation of high quality work and repeat clients. A close-knit, supportive and professional team with strong financial backing. Strong advocates of the work-life balance, boasting a 5 day working week with normal office hours. Key responsibilities and skills include:




  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator / Contract Manager

  • Experience working on health / education / government type projects looked upon favourably

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors alike

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Highly organised

  • A strong passion for building

  • Self motivated and autonomous

  • An effective and confident communicator

  • A strong track record of achieving time and budget goals is held in high regard
