Job Details:
  • Handle customer enquires in an efficient and professional manner

 

 

  • Monitor individual, team and department communication channels to assess the quality of service provided and take steps to improve the client experience

 

 

  • Present feedback on the results back to trading services staff and the greater business

 

 

  • Proactively develop ideas and encourage change to the current client offering including our trading platforms, websites and the communication channels of Customer Services to strengthen the client experience

 

 

  • Effectively manage any disputes that are escalated from within the team or other department to maximise the chance of a positive resolution for all parties and increase client retention

 

 

  • Monitor the industry trends, survey results, competitor developments and advances in technology for ways to increase our service levels
