Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Person who is also good at Customer Service to connect with Students interested in courses with Blue chip Universities.

Job Details: Our Client based in Melbourne CBD, is a Global Education Investment Company. They invest into long-term partnerships with Universities by delivering a suite of complimentary services. They are currently seeking Sales and Customer Service specialist that will consult with students and assist them in making an informed decision about the University and course. These positions are permanent and commence on the 2nd of Oct 2018.

We are looking for candidates that have excellent Sales and Customer Service experience and are able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills.
Reporting to the Team Manager you will be responsible for facilitating prospective students through the application process for their University of Choice.

You will make outbound calls to prospective students (warm leads), uncover their needs and objectives through a set of phone based interviews and help the student determine if the course is a suitable fit. You will Case manage students through the enrollment process, as well as the admissions and registration process. You will achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets, and contribute to the team's success.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Must have proven sales experience with the ability to build relationships
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Goal orientated with experience in working to KPI's in a target driven environment
