Job Details: Elwood's leading all-female training group is seeking a passionate Fitness Coach to join the team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality workouts to members using our system
Build relationships with members and foster a supportive environment
Follow up members not-attending mid-week
Plan training programs
Setup and tidy up each block of sessions
Help with sales and marketing as required
Reports to Director:

We are looking for someone to start off as a casual Fitness Coach but someone who wants to be a part of our growing business and further their career with Bridge Fitness. Growing into all aspects of the business and being apart of our team long term.

Experience:

Industry experience is preferred but not required. We will up-skill the successful candidate, therefore we look for attitude over skills. However, experience will be a factor in considering the successful applicant.

You must have:

Minimum - Cert III & IV Fitness
Own Insurance
Drivers license and car
Ability to work in Australia
The ability to work early mornings 5am to 10am Monday to Friday, 6am to 8am Saturday.

Trainers who just want to punch in and out doing the bare minimum
Trainers who only enjoy training but not the personal work with clients to help them make real change
Trainers who aren't willing to work in a team and be held accountable to the overall team results
