Recruitment and selection administration including daily management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), shortlisting, scheduling and preparing rooms for interviews, coordinating testing, preparing interview packs, welcome packs, onboarding guides etc.
Employee Self Service and ATS Administrator
Ongoing maintenance of the HRIS
Prepare and follow up on all HR required correspondence, maintain soft copy personnel files
Book external training
Research information for various HR operational requirements and projects
