IPA are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist for our Rockhampton Clients team.
The position is available to start immediately and the successful applicant will be employed on a labour hire basis with IPA or on a 6 month contract direct with our Client.
This is a full time position, 38 hours / week, Monday to Friday.
An attractive rate is on offer and will be discussed at the interview stages.
As a HR Generalist you would be responsible for implementing effective HR initiatives to aid workforce performance, culture and capability.
Candidates will ideally be Degree Qualified with a minimum 5 years' experience within Human Resources. Candidates who have a Diploma in Human Resources and have extensive experience are still encouraged to apply.
Travel may be required from time to time, and candidates must hold a current drivers licence to be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Performance appraisals and performance management plans Working with business managers to develop and implement solutions across all people matters (i.e. planning, resourcing, industrial relations, talent management, diversity, remuneration and benefits) Recruitment activities Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures Respond to all general Human Resource Management enquiries from internal customers Applicants will possess:
