Job Details:

  • Assisting with the design, development and implementation of HR information systems

  • Driving continuous improvement to maximise the user experience and drive operational efficiencies

  • System maintenance and support, including troubleshooting, analysing, detecting, identifying and correcting technical problems in a timely manner

  • Maintain of systems documentation

  • Auditing of data on an ongoing basis

  • Liaison with vendor for system upgrades

  • System testing as required

  • Facilitate continuous education

  • Manage and participate in ad hoc projects relating to HR and payroll systems

  • An ongoing focus on innovation and continuous improvement

  • Providing excellent customer support for internal and external users

  • Producing reports from HRIS data to benefit both HR and Payroll
