Job Details:

Key responsibilities will include:

 

Business Leadership  




  • Providing effective and inspiring, operational leadership by developing a broad and deep knowledge of all business activities



Business Strategy Development




  • Providing leadership in setting the vision, principles, values, strategic plan and annual business plan of the company, in conjunction with the Board.



Financial Oversight




  • Developing and proposing appropriate annual and long term financial objectives for the Company



 People Management & Leadership:




  • Responsibility for the management and coordination of the leadership team



Business Development and Client Management:




  • Maintain, nurture and grow a network of contacts for the business



Public Relations




  • Identifying and establishing productive working relationships with relevant government bodies, industry associations and other external stakeholders in a way that enhances the company’s reputation



As a suitable candidate, you will have:




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field or similar

  • Considerable experience operating in an executive role with full P&L responsibilities

  • Proven experience as an inspirational leader with the ability to engage, motivate, collaborate, and liaise with all multidisciplinary teams



 



A base salary package of between $250,000 and $300,000 is suggested for the role. In addition, performance-based bonuses will be implemented immediately, with profit-share and equity options available once you are established in the role.
