ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Marketing Coordinator, your primary focus will be taking the brand and their products to the next level, through project managing marketing activities, including key campaigns, promotional collateral, events and projects, to build awareness of the brand and the solutions.
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will work very closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support delivery of all the projects and plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:
Support in the implementation of the marketing plans and budgets Coordinating events, seminars, tradeshows and new product launches Developing marketing collateral, copy writing and editing content for brochures, flyers & videos Managing signage branding including pull-up banners, mesh banners, flags etc. Sourcing promotional corporate items Arranging and coordinating photo- and video-shoots Formulating briefs to third party agencies and managing these agencies Updating internal template and tender documents, and business cards General ad hoc duties
