We are on the search for a creative genius to join our very talented Marketing team!


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the wider Marketing team and internal stakeholders to build an understanding of the needs of the Group and Marketing Plans to execute the action plans within them. Specifically, the execution of marketing campaign elements utilising our automation platform across tactics including digital, events, content, and social. Working with the CMO on the administration of the marketing department is also an important element of this role, as is project management of the Group Marketing Calendar with all internal stakeholders.
We raise the bar and we smash goals. These are some of the goals you will be smashing on a regular basis:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist and Head of Content and Communications to understand the intent and components of each campaign and build and schedule the templates, landing pages, EDMs, social posts and other tactical elements of each reliably and accurately
Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist in the delivery of tactics across all channels, including telesales, online, events, EDM, microsites, sales enablement tools
Execution of the campaign to ensure it is delivering per original scope. Work with the Marketing Manager to understand and report on results, evolving tactical approach as needed
Maintain the schedule of EDM campaigns in the project management tool Asana.
Track and report on key success measures including CTR, CTA, unsubs and bounce
Workflow and build EDMs and Landing Pages into Hubspot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Work with the Marketing Manager, Content Writer and Designer to build sales enablement collateral that meets the needs of the business, sales team, and customers
Ensure a user friendly library of collateral is maintained and updates
Use our automation tools and CMS to maintain and update our sites and microsite
Coordinate all logistical elements of events in close partnership with key business stakeholders including the Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing and Head of Talent and Capability
Schedule and upload social posts
Build and make live landing pages and microsites using our marketing automation platform
Undergo training and development to stay up to date with best possible use of Hubspot
About You

You will have the following skills & experience, be able to drive social presence for the illion brand, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

2+ years in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment
Tertiary qualification in a business and/or marketing discipline
Extremely well organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
Strong project management skills - planning, execution, issue resolution, and control.
Training in digital marketing and/ or campaigns seen as advantageous
