The Opportunity Newly created, permanent full-time position Reporting to Chief Operating Officer, Transport Solutions Strategic responsibility for driving the development of Booking Solutions within Personal Transport Networks A2B’s Transport Solutions team have an exciting opportunity for an outside-the-box thinker and strategist to join them as Product Manager for Booking Solutions. This newly created position will play a key role in the ongoing success and growth of the organisation whilst also contributing to the delivery of an enhanced experience for all Network users.
The Product Manager – Booking Solutions, will design the Booking Solutions product and ancillary services required to meet current and emerging driver, operators and bureau needs in order to achieve and maintain a leading position within the market. To achieve this the Product Manager will: Undertake market research to generate insights into Network Partners and Passengers need and preferences Improve the use of multiple channels to promote brands, products and services Continuously review market trends and introduce innovate features on existing products and new products to meet market needs Key Duties Product strategy development and implementation for transport brands under the A2B umbrella Analyze market data to identify opportunities and improvements which satisfy market needs Develop a compelling value proposition for the brands Design product features, establish delivery standards and determine pricing that meets and exceeds market needs Work with Marketing to promote the products and services relevant to the passenger and driver segments Champion cross-functional collaboration within the business to ensure products and services relevant to the passenger and driver segments are exceeding market expectations Build and develop a highly skilled and talented Booking Solutions Product team Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role you will possess: Previous experience in a similar capacity within a transport or delivery services business Strong commercial acumen Demonstrable experience implementing market-leading solutions that meet customer needs A tenacious and disciplined approach to project delivery Previous experience leading a cross-functional team to achieve a common goal Innovative and creative approach to product delivery and a willingness to take measured risks Formal qualification and/or certification aligned to strategy, product management or the transport industry will be highly regarded The Company
