Based in Melbourne and reporting to the General Manager Capital Transactions, an exciting opportunity is now available to join a new team and be part of a well-respected organisation. As a result of recent promotions and changes, the Transactions group are seeking to recruit additional talented individuals with relevant experience to be part of the group.
Working in close partnership with the General Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing acquisitions and divestments across the entire business, including discrete mandates. The role includes undertaking the due diligence on new purchases, preparation of the Investment model as well as Board and Budget papers for each acquisition. In addition, you will be expected to negotiate the acquisition on behalf of the stakeholders.
