Job Summary: In this varied role, you will have a passion for real estate! Based on the front desk you will assist with front office reception duties as well as administration support duties to the property management team as required.

Job Details: You will be the face of the business so a professional and immaculate presentation is a must. You will possess strong time management and organisational skills and be pro-active.
Duties will include:-

Greeting clients
Reception duties/answering and directing calls
Lease pack preparation
Uploading properties through the CRM
Filing, Scanning, key management
Assisting with weekly marketing and social media
Keeping the office clean and functional

Immaculate presentation
Advanced computer skills
Ability to multi task
Desirable but not necessary

Certificate of Registration
Knowledge of Agent Box, RPDATA and REST
