Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Manager to join our HR Team based in our Store Support Office in North Geelong - very soon we will be relocating to our brand new purpose built facility in Williams Landing in Melbourne.

Job Details:
Develop and deliver the company's remuneration and benefits strategy that is aligned to and contributes to the overall business strategy
Develop and deliver remuneration and benefits initiatives
Accountable for organisational structures and ensuring data integrity
Manage the position evaluation process
Accountable for defining HR metrics and ensuring reporting is accurate and relevant to drive decision making
Manage the fleet program and the relationship between our company and the Fleet provider
Develop and monitor Key HR metrics that drive operational performance
Lead and manage all Remuneration and Benefits projects
