We are currently seeking a highly effective Sales Manager to work within our Retirement Living services based in Redcliffe.
Your role: Based in Redcliffe, this role reports to the Senior Village Manager will work collaboratively with other village staff with accountabilities for achieving or exceeding sales targets for both new sales and re-sales.
This is truly a unique opportunity and this role will ensure a positive buying experience for incoming residents by: Directly managing sales for Azure Blue Redcliffe Contributing to the Retirement Living Sales Strategy Designing and implementing Sales KPIs Monitoring and reporting on relevant competitor and market activities Identifying and developing sales leads, translating to settlements Contributing to product and pricing decisions Managing and maintaining the customer/sales database & sales reporting Collaborating with our marketing team to develop relevant marketing strategies and collateral Networking and building relationships with local community groups and managing village open days We’ll look after you too: Whether we’re on the road, in people’s homes or in our centres, everything our dedicated and passionate team of more than 8,000 people do is built on our commitment to recognising individuals while enabling independence, choice and freedom.

You will also demonstrate: Relevant Qualifications in Real Estate, Property or Management Extensive experience in the Retirement Villages Industry Preferably hold a Queensland Real Estate Agent Licence Understanding and application of relevant legislation and the Property Council of Australia certification processes and principles
