Seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage residential construction projects across the Adelaide Metro area
Your new company This successful construction business, work on residential construction projects across the Adelaide Metro area. Due to growth and new projects coming on board, this company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team.
Your new role Your new role will see you supervising residential projects and ensuring that timelines and budgets are on track. You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules and programs, liaising with internal & external stakeholders, managing & organizing trades and materials and ensuring quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in Residential Site Management The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail Effective time management & organization skills
