Job Details: As a Swissport Customer Service Agent, or as a Baggage Handling Agent, you'd play a vital role in a busy airport operation. Your focus would be on delivering a seamless, safe and efficient service to our Air New Zealand customers.

Our Customer Service Agents perform a range of duties, which may include:

Completing passenger customer check-in and boarding gate functions services
Assisting passengers customers with general enquiries, arrival and transfer services
Completing airport ticketing and sales
Special customer and VIP services
Customer Lounge services
Assisting passengers with lost, found and damaged baggage services
Preparing aircraft Load and Trim documents for departure
Delivering the highest customer service standards and provide a memorable customer experience for all passengers.
Our Baggage Handling Agents perform a range of duties, which may include:

Aircraft baggage loading and unloading
Baggage sorting and transportation
Cabin cleaning
Crew transport
Aircraft push back
Unit load devise control
Toilet and water services.

Your physically fit as lifting up to 32kg is required (for Baggage Handling)
You have a driver's license
You're a fluent English speaker
You have basic-intermediate computer skills.
If successful you would need to undertake security/background checks including police check, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and dangerous goods training at your own expense prior to commencing training.
